We pride ourselves in being one of the only care companies in West Kent that offer a set salary once the probation period has been completed successfully.

Our staff work on a rolling rota of 4 days on and 4 days off. We find that not only does this give the individuals that we support along with their family continuity of care but also ensures that the staff that we employ have a good work life balance.

We have teams of staff who work just evenings on a set basis. As we all have different commitments outside of work.
